In 2016 Nationwide Insurance announced their AIDCO Program designed for Independent Agents was being retired, after more than 30 years in existence. Mike Haller, a 30-year Independent Agent, 15-year AIDCO Partner Agent and AIDCO Hall of Fame Member, realized a unique opportunity and approached Nationwide Management about creating an AIDCO Aggregator/Network program to assist prior AIDCO agents maintain their commitment to Nationwide Insurance and retain their Agency Revenue.
Insurance Services of the West, LLC - ISW received approval from Nationwide Insurance and was created in 2017. ISW was rebranded to Insurance Agency Network – IAN in 2019 to market to all Independent Insurance Agencies. IAN has grown from the original Nationwide Insurance carrier/market representation/focus and Associates in 2 states to more 40 insurance carriers/markets represented, Associates in 25 States, Profit Share being received from the majority of carriers/markets represented and has consistently ranked #1 by numerous Insurance Carrier Awards & Recognition Programs.

- Committed to assist agencies in driving a business model that increases customer retention, new business growth, loss ratio and risk management control procedures that will produce the highest return for all the Insurance Companies they represent, while creating a stable, consistent, and valuable stream of income for their agencies.
