Mike began his Insurance Career in 1980 with Safeco Insurance Company in the Claims Department becoming the first “Claims Specialist” to be designated by the company. In 1987 he left Safeco Insurance Company to re-establish his Professional Sales Career as an Account Executive with a local Independent Insurance Agency. In 1992 he opened a start-up Independent Agency, Insurance Services of Washington, with his wife Margarita, owned and operating today under the leadership of his daughters Rebecca Hall and Debra Haller.
Mike is very proud of the consistency and stability in his life; having been married to Margarita for 41 years, raised two daughters and three grandchildren, lived in the same house they built for 38 years and in business together for 35 years. His insurance knowledge and experience provide the necessary tools to make informed and sound analysis of available Insurance Products, build meaning and lasting relationships while implementing sound business decisions.
